Senior Information Security Analyst

Perform a thorough evaluation of risks to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in information security.
Analyze data and patterns to formulate strategies aimed at mitigating risks associated with information security.
Evaluate the efficiency of current security controls and suggest enhancements for better protection.
Identify and continually assess security risks, assist in creating relevant controls for risk mitigation, collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk treatment plans, and actively participate in ongoing risk-related activities.
Generate comprehensive reports detailing information security risks, findings, and propose actions for senior management consideration.
Contribute to the refinement and improvement of the organization's information security risk management framework.
Stay vigilant by monitoring and keeping track of security advisories and notifications from suppliers.

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related field.
Demonstrate proven expertise in the information security risk management domain especially in large organisations
Exhibit familiarity with Information Security frameworks, standards, and best practices, including but not limited to NIST and ISO.
Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address and mitigate information security risks.
Hold relevant certifications, such as CISPP, SANS, CRISC, as an additional asset.
