• Identifies and contributes to the development and solution strategies to team members that improve the support and functionality of applications under minimal guidance.
  • Applies best practices in configuring and troubleshooting software applications, systems, databases, and associated devices.
  • Collaborates with others to support and ensure the stability of critical applications.
  • Analyzes simple application performance concerns that threaten application functionality and applies knowledge and tools to verify assumptions.

  • 5+ years of experience in similiar role
  • Experience with customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications (e.g. increased latency, transactional issues, features not working as encouraged, etc.)
  • Expertise in one or more general development languages (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Experience in supporting modern services and web applications on Linux and or Windows environments.
  • Constant drive to learn new technologies such as Dev-ops platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams
