- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong emphasis on privacy, security, or storage systems.
- Proficient in min. one of the programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure (ideally AWS).
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
- Skilled in driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing technical decisions across teams.
- Solid understanding of data protection laws, regulations, and best practices, with expertise in GDPR compliance being a valuable asset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communicative English language skills (both written and spoken).
