GenAI Engineer (She/He/They)

At the Advanced Technology Center Poland, we have a team of 200 Poland-based data and AI specialists – including architects, engineers, data scientists, and analysts. We collaborate with tech partners like Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, and Snowflake to implement cutting-edge solutions. We provide comprehensive support from strategy definition to solution implementation and development, covering all aspects of Data & Analytics. Our teams specialize in areas such as Business Intelligence, Big Data, AI/ML, GenAI, Data Governance, and operating models for Data organizations.

THE WORK:

We carry out projects for clients across all sectors and industries including automotive, retail, insurance, and high-tech. You will join Accenture's Team which is skilled in designing and building AI-based solutions. You will be responsible for creating prototypes to validating proposed ideas and solicit input from stakeholders, running test-driven development and continuous integration processes, support and troubleshooting. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technologies and develop your knowledge.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office in Wrocław or in Gdańsk - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Python programming skills (numPy, Pandas, LangChain).
• Understanding GenAI concepts and challenges.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Familiarity with multi-agents systems and vector databases.
• Experience with API usage, including RESTful APIs and authentication methods.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, including code repository, and CI/CD.
• Previous project work experience, preferably in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Proficiency in business English, both written and spoken.

Hands-on experience with classical Machine Learning solutions.
