- Design and document low-level solutions, including execution planning.
- Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Provide guidance to ensure implementations align with design specifications.
- Analyze business challenges and goals to tailor solutions to the organizational environment.
- Drive continuous service improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, addressing escalations when necessary.
- Plan and deploy global DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions.
- Integrate systems with AVS/VxRAIL stacks, including forwarding and delegation resources.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses for production outages.
- Implement repeatable configurations and changes across LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
- Act as a point of contact for other engineers regarding incidents and change management.
- Utilize monitoring tools to ensure systems remain operational and available.
- Work on-site from office in Gdańsk, 9 hours per day, between 12:00-21:00. (4 days on/2 days off)

- Expertise in DNS, DHCP, IPAM (Infoblox), routing protocols, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, VRFs, and switching platforms.
- Proficiency with network OS (Cisco IOS, Aruba OS).
- Familiarity with ITIL, SOC compliance, and IT governance.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills, with experience in global 24x7 support models.
- Knowledge of wireless standards and cloud network automation.
