- Taking part in, and occasionally leading, major incident calls while identifying and coordinating necessary resources.
- Contributing to service restoration efforts, ensuring operational stability, and driving proactive service enhancements.
- Handling second-tier network incident management and overseeing patch management processes.
- Conducting thorough root cause analyses for any production disruptions.
- Utilizing monitoring tools to ensure all systems remain operational and accessible.
- Executing standardized processes for moves, additions, and changes across LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
- Acting as a primary contact point for fellow engineers regarding incidents and change management.

- 3+ years of experience working in large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting global operations in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities, leveraging complex data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and draw sound conclusions.
- Proficient in network operating systems such as IOS and Aruba OS.
- Expert understanding of carrier services, including SD-WAN, WAN circuits, MPLS, VPNs, VRFs, DWDM, Frame Relay, and Point-to-Point connections.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, with a calm demeanor, the capacity to handle high-pressure situations, and a professional approach to client interactions.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards, including ITIL and SOC requirements.
