·         Design implement and manage virtual infrastructure solutions to ensure high performance availability and scalability

·         Implement and manage containerization solutions using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

·         Develop and maintain scripts for automating infrastructure tasks using languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell

·         Implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline operations and improve efficiency

·         Create and maintain documentation for scripts and automation processes

·         Work closely with IT teams to integrate virtualization and container solutions with other systems

·         Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders

·         Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in virtualization containers and scripting

Qualifications

·         Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

·         Proven experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware HyperV or KVM

·         Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

·         Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell

·         Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

·         Strong communication and collaboration abilities

·         Relevant certifications eg VMware Certified Professional Docker Certified Associate are a plus
