The person in the given job position will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend of an internal tool for the Unified Test Platform.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an advanced assets management platform with features like scheduling, reservation, and data representation.
- Ensure the successful delivery of functionalities for the newly created platform.
- Proactively search for new solutions for design of the Unified Test Platform (UTP) architecture and functionalities to solve problems encountered during the development process.
- Review proposed solutions and implement database table relationships.
- Analyze, review, and implement prepared architecture diagrams.
- Develop new API endpoints and integrate them into the platform.
- Provide transparent documentation of implemented solutions and prepare user manuals for end users.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a backend developer or similar position with Python.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Ability to manage different development environments and program in multiple languages.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, interfaces, and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API principles.
- Familiarity with Docker or other container stacks.
- Experience with Linux OS.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the Scrum way of working.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule.
