  • University degree preferably in computer sciences or related field or hands-on experience in IT operations (2+ years) 
  • Business first attitude: Demonstrated ability to minimize business disruptions through effective IT management 
  • Proficiency in operating both classic and modern IT stacks (Infrastructure-as-code, test automation frameworks, CI/CD, cloud native, on and off premises infrastructure etc.) 
  • Experience with monitoring tools 
  • Proven track record of increasing IT operations efficiency 
  • Strong analytical skill to identify and apply interim and permanent solutions 
  • Intercultural competence and effective communicator 
  • Working proficient English (at least B2 level) 
  • Scripting know-how 
  • Willingness to learn and apply state-of-the-art  

Nice-to-have 

  • Experience with agile types of cooperation and DevOps culture and technology 
  • Competence in implementation of ITIL 
  • Experience with modern collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Atlassian products) 
  • German language
