At Develocraft we’re looking for a Scrum Master to join an agile, cross-functional setup in an international project. If you know how to facilitate collaboration, empower teams, and promote Agile values — this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate events such as PI Planning
- Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices (Scrum & SAFe)
- Identify and remove obstacles to ensure team velocity
- Foster transparency, feedback culture, and cross-team collaboration
- Actively support the adoption of SAFe across the cluster
- Private medical healthcare

- 5+ experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
- Deep understanding of Scrum ceremonies and Agile frameworks
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Clarity for project and time tracking
- Familiarity with SAFe is a strong plus
- Fluent English
- Polish – nice to have
