General duties
- Portfolio management
- Manage continuous improvement of best practices, processes, and standards
- Maintain lessons learned and implement change
- Reporting on projects and portfolios
- Support project management tools
- Promote inter-project communication
- Mentor new project managers and provide expert advice
Project specific duties
- Define and track project scope, goals and deliverables
- Create a project timeline, allocate project resources, manage budget
- Coordinating with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with the client.
- Contract under Polish law: B2B or Umowa o Pracę

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in managing increasingly complex and large IT projects.
- Experience in planning, team management, risk management and change management
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects required
- Budget management experience required
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM...) required
- ITIL certifications preferred
- Six Sigma certification is a plus

- Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
