The Senior Technical Program Manager owns the technical and operational relationship with our biggest e-Commerce merchants throughout the whole program lifecycle. You will be the go-to person for those merchants, making sure we meet their needs and priorities when it comes to technical and operational topics. In this role you will coordinate teams, hit milestones, and ensure smooth program delivery with limited resources and tight timelines. Internally you will collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales/BD, Delivery, Product Management, Engineering, and Support Operations teams to name a few.
This is not only a highly externally focused role, but also one that requires a good technical background/experience in order to be able to offer the required level of support and expertise to our merchants.
