About the Role

This is a highly travel-intensive, hands-on role focused on on-site execution.

  • Not a work-from-home or office-based position
  • Extended on-site assignments (often 2–3 weeks at a time)
  • Frequent international travel across the EU and US
  • Some sites are remote or rural
  • Travel is project-driven, not destination-based

This role suits someone who thrives on being on-site, solving problems in real time, and owning delivery from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead construction and facility expansion projects end-to-end
  • Own exhibition and tradeshow builds, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts
  • Lead procurement for construction, exhibits, and related technology
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and show partners
  • Coordinate permits, licenses, and local regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
  • Identify risks and drive mitigation plans
  • Deliver accurate reporting and forecasts

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Procore or similar project management tools
  • Experience managing exhibitions, tradeshows, or temporary build environments
  • Proven ability to build trust with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction, facilities, or large-scale build environments
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable working on-site in fast-changing environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including long on-site stays
  • Legal right to travel to the EU and US
