• Build AI Chatbots: Create and configure custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (low-code Power Virtual Agents platform).
  • Integrate with Microsoft 365: Use Power Automate and connectors to link Copilots with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other M365 services for data retrieval and task automation.
  • Conversational Design: Design intuitive dialogue flows and prompts so the Copilot can answer questions and perform actions using generative AI (GPT-based) capabilities.
  • Testing & Deployment: Test agent interactions in Teams; refine responses and logic. Deploy Copilots and ensure they run smoothly for end-users.
  • Collaborate & Iterate: Work with consultants and clients to gather requirements and refine the Copilot’s functionality based on feedback and new use cases.

  • Power Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Power Virtual Agents (or similar chatbot frameworks) and Power Automate. You know how to build chatbots or workflows in a low-code environment.
  • Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Familiarity with M365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and how to integrate with them through connectors/APIs.
  • AI Enthusiasm: Understanding of or interest in conversational AI and GPT-style language models. (Prior experience with AI services like Azure OpenAI or Dialogflow is a plus.)
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to design user-friendly bot interactions and troubleshoot issues. Creativity in using low-code tools to meet requirements.
  • Communication: Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical bot solutions and explain your work to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education/Experience: 2+ years in software development or IT, including building solutions with Power Platform or similar. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and Polish
  • Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
