Responsibilities:
- Engage in customer meetings, Oracle co-selling, and industry demos; develop and present OCI solutions.
- Respond to RFPs/tenders with architectures, cost estimates, and technical proposals.
- Lead design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions; architect DWH, analytics, and AI/ML workloads on OCI.
- Support migrations from on‑prem and multi‑cloud to OCI; contribute to PoCs and event demos.
- Act as a technical ambassador at Oracle events, webinars, and workshops; collaborate on joint go‑to‑market with Oracle/Red Reply.
- Identify modernization opportunities across industries (manufacturing, defense, financial services).

- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including networking, compute, storage, and database services.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Autonomous Database, Data Warehouse, OAC/OBIEE, ODI, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD), and infrastructure automation (Terraform).
- Familiarity with AI/ML, analytics, or integration services on OCI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex concepts for customers and sales teams.
- Experience supporting sales or presales activities (e.g., RFP responses, demos, client workshops).
- Certifications are a plus
- You are open to work in a hybrid mode, with 2-3 days at our office in Katowice
- Very good communication in English and Polish, German is a plus
