Project Management Office Internship Program (He/She/They)

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

• Provide ongoing support for development and management teams by monitoring working time, internal tools, and coordinating roll-on/roll-off processes. Ensure smooth daily collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze reports, actively participate in project, data, and system audits, and contribute to the optimization of processes with a strong focus on continuous improvement and data quality.
• Manage project access, file permissions, and dashboards. Oversee billing for development services and ensure efficient documentation management to support transparency and effective knowledge sharing.
• Analyze business results, support human resources processes, and contribute to effective workforce planning, demonstrating a proactive approach to professional development and growth.
• Organize and conduct meetings with management, schedule team events, and ensure effective onboarding of new employees to foster collaboration, integration, and team spirit.

• Availability to work 30+ hours per week.
• Active student status is a must have.
• You have to be based in Łódź or Katowice
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2), you will be part of international teams
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and good understanding of project management processes
• Detail-oriented and self-organized, capable of tracking open tasks and function statuses.
• Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.
