- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA in public sector or social services environments
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP SSM (Social Services Management)
- Strong background in functional consulting (process analysis, configuration, workflows)
- Very good German language skills – mandatory (direct customer communication)
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with SAP cloud environments, especially SAP RISE
Nice to Have
- Experience with funding, grants, or subsidy management platforms
- Background in SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects
- Knowledge of public sector processes in DACH countries
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a funding platform based on SAP SSM
- Act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Design and configure business processes in SAP S/4HANA SSM, including workflows
- Contribute to the design of a modular solution capable of supporting approx. 100 existing funding services
- Support the definition of a solution that enables future changes without in-house development effort
- Participate in the implementation of the solution within SAP RISE for SSM
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP standard capabilities
