Experience level: Mid
  • Experience in large scale application management and support (min 3 years)
  • Experience with Java 6, Spring 3, JavaScript, Angular4, JQuery, HTML, GIT, SVN.
  • Experience with dev ops methodologies, unit tests and integration tests
  • Continuous Integration experience
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and assess technology and functionalities  
  • Very good English – contact with international teams on a daily basis, French or German is huge advantage.
  • Nice to have: Redux, Grunt, Docker, Kubernetes, JSON, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins

Project scope:
  • Maintenance, bug fixing and development of new features of a core, large scale online booking platform for a largest German airline
  • Analyzing and integrating components and functionalities to facilitate performance of a tailored solution
  • Analyzing and investigating incidents from functional and technological overhead angle
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems
  • Planning and sizing resources and project work required to deploy features and changes
  • Continuous integration and unit testing of solutions (Karma, Jasmine, Protractor)
  • Reporting back investigations to product managers and stakeholders
  • Peer programming and shadowing to back up 3 main streams of the solution
