The Global Investigations Case Manager ('Case Manager') offers CCO Investigations and GC Litigation & Investigations officers the capability to document and track investigations under the Global Investigations Policy GP-00094. In addition, Case Manager captures investigations related remediation activities including conduct outcomes, mitigation actions and read-across assessments, given that the pro-active identification and remediation of issues related to control execution or design is a key component of the CCO Investigations Mandate.
Case manager is intended to Drive strategic change by implementing a holistic partner view to meet regulatory requirements, Introduce a new workflow aimed at improving quality, efficiency and reliability , Support front office effectively to detect and mitigate risks early on. The capability building blocks will be comprised of case review notification triggered to RM, partner validation, submission assessment, data remediation and case closure. The intent is to build an Integrated toolset bridging Compliance with the rest of the Bank to collaborate on various end-2-end user journeys for increased transparency, efficiency & auditability of the process.

This position is a hands-on quality assurance & tester - engineering role for Platform IT team based in Wrocław, Poland.
Our team develops back office Foundry & RiskSphere applications providing support to CRO operations & production activities. Activities supported includes Credit Risk and Market Risk functional domains. We also support compliance division. This position requires working closely with development and support teams in Swiss and SG ensuring the quality of mission critical Risk & Compliance Systems wherever possible. You are expected to be hands on tester with back end system development expertise & being able to work as an individual contributor. The tester is expected to conduct manual testing as well as provide automation capabilities using testing frameworks like cucumber & selenium.
