This job is a member of the Corporate Team within the Corporate Division.
Responsible for providing administrative, clerical and organizational support to a company Managing Director.
Duties may be clerical, administrative and project-based and include scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and liaising with board members. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.
Who we're looking for?
3+ years supporting a C-level executive,
Project management experience
A self-starter that is able to work independently and as part of a wider team, to lead/drive task delivery across multiple different teams
The individual should be enthusiastic and able to switch between different regional as well as global tasks
Deadline orientated and concise communicator for what is needed
Ability Work with senior stakeholders to provide requested information and action updates
Provide recommendations on initiatives based on their interactionsNICE TO HAVE
