  • Lead a team working on full development cycle (designing, developing, testing and maintaining)
  • Supports Team members development through feedback, coaching and mentoring in day to day work
  • Collaborate with business representatives and stakeholders
  • Along with leadership team, provide business perspective to the team so that they understand the business goals clearly
  • Provide updates to leadership team on team progress, risks and issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in the face of changing priorities and requirements
  • Self driven, high energy, highly innovative person with a positive attitude 


  • MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Automation, Telecommunications or a related technical engineering discipline
  • Experience and knowledge of software development process
  • Comfortable working with people as well as on technical tasks 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to identify roadblocks and drive them promptly to resolution
  • English language skills at level allowing efficient communication
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development practices
