We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our newly created team in Poland and be part of EMEA WINTEL team within CIB IT PRODUCTION.

This position focuses in the management of the windows servers farm in BNP PARIBAS.

Our infrastructure offers service to thousands of virtual servers and hundreds of physical ones. As part of your role, you will contribute to preserve the required performance for a very demanding service with many critical services running on it. In addition, you will contribute to keep a high availability environment.

Due to large number of assets to manage, to do it via scripting is key for being able to manage all infrastructure. 

•  Vulnerability and obsolescence remediation, proactive improvements and action plan for incidents.
• Contribute to preserve the existing architecture and keep the necessary controls to allow the users the necessary access to their servers.
• High reactivity, proactive improvements and capacity to follow plan action linked to new project and incident remediation.
• To work following ITIL methodology is part of the daily basis in this and the rest of IT areas.
• Support and troubleshooting on Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019
• Using scripting knowledge to automate and manage infrastructure (Powershell)
• Tickets resolution through incidents, problems and different requests from the clients or other infrastructure teams
• Participating in specific projects related to your specialty
• Being a part of standby on-call 7x24 (about 1 week per month).
• There might be some occasional business travel to Madrid and Paris

• Strong experience in Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019.
• Experience working on big environments with over 1000 servers Physical & Virtual.
• Scripting (Powershell) and development knowledge (C# or other object-oriented language).
• Knowledge in Active Directory, GPO’s, Kerberos, Vmware, Hyper-V, Openstack, Ansible, Ansible Tower, SQL.
• Experience in Security patching activities and working with Antivirus agents and ePo.
• Strong skills working with physical servers from different vendors: Dell, IBM, HP, etc.
• Clustering skills with Microsoft & Veritas clusters.
• Management of SAN disks on windows servers.
• Eager to learn.
• Analytical mind-set.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
