Agile

  • Creating, designing, and taking ownership of technical solutions built on the ServiceNow platform
  • Providing expert guidance and creative application development skills to deliver robust solutions for internal business and technical clients, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow ITSM Pro, particularly Incidents, Service Requests, and Catalog Items
  • Assuming responsibility for successfully planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and completing all technical tasks related to configuring and implementing various aspects of the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of solutions aligned with roadmap and Agile release schedule
  • Conducting software coding and customization across multiple platform facets, including UI form layout and design, client/server scripting, workflow development, business rule implementation, platform security and administration, data design, and custom web services integrations
  • Close collaboration with product managers and the development team.
  • Coordinating, documenting, and resolving intricate technical data and transformation challenges
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to devise sustainable solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Addressing technical configuration inquiries related to critical issues and assisting with debugging as needed

 

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with a focus on ITSM, including Incidents, Service Requests, and Catalog Items
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including UI design, scripting, workflows, business rules, and integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities to facilitate productive teamwork
  • Fluent English
