About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to conceptualise and produce a wide range of designs in order to support the company's presence and marketing strategy.

You will join a talented and highly motivated team of more than 200 Duco professionals across US, UK, Europe and APAC. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will be a part of a 9-people Marketing Team.

You will work very closely with our in-house copywriter, as well as our digital and event team, to support our marketing campaigns, marketing events, and all our digital communication efforts.

You will mainly work on digital assets, including digital advertising and email visuals, social media tiles, website visuals, whitepapers, illustrations, infographics and more. You will also produce the designs for our physical presence at trade shows and conferences, like booths, banners, print-ready materials etc.

This role is a maternity cover and the sole designer role in the marketing team. The type of person we’re looking for is a talented all-rounder who has a great eye for design, and is able to translate business concepts into creative and compelling visuals, whilst injecting the uniqueness of the Duco brand in their designs. The role is ideally suited to someone who is keen to own the full design process, from briefing, to creative ideation, review and production.

What you will be working on 

  • Collaborating with a great team of colleagues to design and produce a variety of digital assets to support our digital marketing campaigns
  • Developing creative concepts and executions, alongside our copywriter, to support our advertising campaigns
  • Developing creative concepts and executions, alongside our copywriter, to create maximum visual impact at trade shows and conferences
  • Receiving briefs from the marketing department and agree achievable deadline, manage workload, receive and iterate on feedback
  • Reviewing, and potentially managing free-lancers we might call for special projects
  • Deploy Duco’s brand guidelines and visual identity to support our positioning of disruptive Fintech in the enterprise space

Ideally, you will have

  • A strong and varied design portfolio including advertising and content-based projects
  • Exceptional design skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong experience with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Print design experience
  • Experience with PowerPoint and designing sales presentations
  • High level of independency, ability to manage a full design process and engage with marketing stakeholders
  • Outstanding time management skills, ability to prioritise and flag any deadline issues
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth small/medium company
  • Experience with Wordpress or a similar CMS and designing for Email marketing (Hubspot and/or Mailchimp) are a advantages
  • Experience working in B2B or SaaS space is a strong advantage
  • Basic knowledge of JS/Jquery and or PHP (Wordpress level) and Experience editing video (Premiere and or After Effects) would be beneficial
  • Passion for superheroes or anything geeky
