As the Power Electronic Team Lead you will be responsible for the growth of a talented team of engineers, collaborating to design, develop and implement state-of-the-art power electronic solutions. Your responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of hardware, embedded software and test engineers.
- Drive the development of power electronics products from concept to production, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Directly collaborate with the Power Electronics Team in Kassel (Germany) to ensure fast and seamless integration of the new team in Wrocław within the current hardware organization.
- Synchronize hardware architecture of developed products with other departments (Mechanic, Elec. Components, Appliance and System Design).
- Support development process (architecture design, schematic capture, reviews, validation, BOM costs) with high focus on requirements and quality standards.
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading hardware development teams, ideally in the area of power electronics (power electronic/inverters/motor control).
- Expertise in hardware architecture and electronic hardware design.
- Experience in gathering and verification of system requirements.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools and methodologies for hardware development (preferable PADS Designer VX).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Very good English skills (German is a plus).
