An international Investment Bank is enhancing its IT systems by introducing new technology and integrating with new third-party providers. Several projects will take place in the coming years, focusing on Trading, Market data, and Risk Management.

  • Architectural responsibilities to assist in designing comprehensive systems
  • Delving into complex system infrastructure
  • Actively working with vendors to clearly document their specifications and articulate them to the development teams
  • Requirement gathering, system analysis, functional and technical specifications development
  • Partnering with business teams to clearly document requirements and workflows for new developments
  • Helping write JIRA stories for the workstreams as needed
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the business
  • Working with the development teams to ensure business needs are met


  • 5+ years of Proven Experience in System Analysis
  • Engineering/technical background
  • Comprehensive understanding of System Design
  • Architectural knowledge to assist in designing comprehensive systems
  • Strong Knowledge of SDLC
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Distributed Systems
  • Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and translating user needs into Functional Specifications.
  • Expertise in Data Exchange Methods: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, gRPC, queues, and other integration mechanisms.
  • Comprehensive Understanding of Data Formats: JSON, XML, YAML, CSV, and others
  • In-depth Knowledge of Data Serialization Challenges
  • Hands-on Experience with SQL
  • Proficiency in Visualization Tools: Visio,, or similar software to create comprehensive system diagrams and process flows.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches


  • Experience in the Capital Markets field
  • Engineering background
  • Linux knowledge
  • Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.
  • Familiarity with Job Schedules: AutoSys, Tidal, etc.
