  • Show experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the information technology industry
  • Be familiar with the Internet, including technologies and fundamental protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP and HTTP
  • Have some networking and Linux knowledge
  • Have an ability to analyse, prioritise and escalate customer security attacks and engage with appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate interest in cybersecurity and basic knowledge about common security threats
  • Display great collaboration and communication skills with fluency in the English language
