For our ICT Team we are currently looking for the Microsoft Engineer (Intune, Autopilot). You will lead the implementation and management of workplace technology solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance of endpoint management systems, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, and Autopatch. The person in this role will also collaborate with procurement for a global endpoint management agreement to enhance workplace efficiency and security.

Responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations related to endpoint management.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment with regional and local ICT stakeholders.
  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices (Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Devices) using Microsoft Intune.
  • Implement and oversee Windows Autopilot for seamless device provisioning.
  • Utilize Autopatch to ensure devices are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
  • Oversee the planning, deployment, and management of enterprise applications across endpoint devices.
  • Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to package and deploy applications.
  • Ensure applications are updated and compliant with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to manage the Global Endpoint Procurement Agreement.
  • Ensure timely procurement and deployment of endpoint devices.
  • Ensure accurate endpoint inventory through lifecycle management.
  • Develop and enforce endpoint management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for endpoint security and data protection.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate ICT on management of endpoint devices and software.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in endpoint management technologies.
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance endpoint management processes and user experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
