Business and System Analyst

• As a Business Analyst/ System Analyst, you will be the liaison between the Product and the Development teams
• Work with the Product Management Team on the preparation and validation of technical requirements in User Stories
• Accountable for all BA/SA work including the creation and delivery of Technical Stories
• Participate in communication with third parties to gather technical requirements on systems integration
• Responsible for the creation of technical requirements and solution reviews with the architect
• Responsible for keeping up-to-date technical documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams
• Review and estimate User Stories with the development team to ensure an understanding of what we need to build
• Participate and assist the product team during PAT/UAT
• Participate in the analysis and troubleshooting of incidents in a production environment

• 3+ years of experience in a role Business and System, or Functional Analyst
• Proficient in writing functional and non-functional requirements, designing of systems and process diagrams
• Knowledge of card payment processing in retail card-present and card-non-present (eCommerce) environments
• Understanding of payment terminals (pin-pad) integrations with ECR/POS
• Experience in RESTful API design, SOAP protocol
• Understanding of the architecture of WEB-based application
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN;
• Knowledge of MS SQL

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Microservices architecture
• Knowledge of card tokenization concepts
• Knowledge of PCI Compliance requirements
• Experience in enterprise software development or finance domain
