- Cooperation with other members of the SAP ERP development and maintenance team and other technical teams in the organization, as well as with SAP system users
- Technical design (agreement of the solution specification with other teams)
- Introduction of modifications in ERP systems according to established specifications
- Technical tests of the introduced changes
- Uploading transports to the test system
- Transferring changes for UAT/regression tests
- Analysis and repair of reported errors
- Preparing transports/release packages (DP - Deployment Package)
- Creating appropriate post-implementation documentation
- Reporting progress of work, risks and maintaining the current backlog
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HR module
- Experience in technologies/modules of the HR and payroll area: SAP HR/ SAP HCM (SAP Human Resources Management), in particular:
- Payroll (HR-PY, Payroll)
- Time management (HR-TM)
- Higher technical education
- Knowledge of English
- Organization Management (HR-OM)
- Knowledge of portal technologies for SAP Fiori
- Orientation in programming: ABAP/SAP UI5
