- Defining application architecture requirements aligned with the overall architectural vision and business needs
- Being responsible for the optimal selection of technologies and solutions that meet business requirements in the areas of application architecture and integration
- Defining architectural standards and preparing guidelines for implemented solutions and integrations
- Providing architectural oversight for the implementation of business requirements
- Creating and maintaining architectural documentation and supervising project documentation (using Sparx Enterprise Architect, Prolaborate, Confluence)
- Designing target architecture in line with the adopted IT strategy
- Collaborating with technology leaders across various IT domains
- Conducting architectural audits of existing and new solutions
- Reviewing and designing solution architectures within ongoing projects and initiatives
- Building strong, partnership-based relationships with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and technology trends
- Higher education (Bachelor's degree or above)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shaping and developing IT or solution architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, particularly in business/system analysis and IT solution design
- Excellent analytical skills
- Openness to learning new technologies
- Knowledge of application and system integration concepts
- Willingness for continuous development and learning
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders
- English proficiency at a communicative level (B1)
