We are looking for  Application Engineer SAP CS. In this role you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP CS solutions to support after sales workshop service requirements, focusing on spare parts sales and workshop services required for fleet car.  

Key responsibilities: 

  • Converts user requirements into effective application solutions and resolves business issues through cross-functional collaboration;
  • Reengineers procedures to recommend best practices that align with SAP functionality and integration, including cross-modular capabilities in SAP SD;
  • Support Spare Parts Order Management Process and workshop service management, covering master data, basic functions, pricing, item proposal, material determination, cross-selling, output control, sales documents, item categories, schedule line categories, delivery, billing, contracts, account determination, rebate agreements, and partner determination;
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of repair processing, goods receipt, storage location management, tracking, and integration with SAP service order processing.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

  • Proficient in SAP Customer Service and Plant Maintenance modules;
  • Successfully completed multiple full-cycle rollouts, providing hands-on configuration of SAP systems;
  • Posses 3 to 5 years of extensive experience in SAP CS modules, including configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Exhibit strong technical expertise, configuration skills, and business process acumen within the CS module.
  • Posses comprehensive expertise in the repair process, goods receipt, storage location management, tracking, and integration with SAP service order processing;
  • Experienced in equipment master data setup, warranty tracking, and coordination with SD;
  • In depth knowledge in-service work orders, supporting end-to-end integration throughout the repair process.
