Staff Product Manager - Homepage

We’re looking for a Staff PM to own the homepage ecosystem, to o make it modular, personalized, and experimentation-driven. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role to turn our homepage into our dynamic growth engine.

What you'll be doing
- Drive homepage outcomes: engagement, conversion, retention.
- Own homepage strategy: define its purpose, success metrics, and role in user journeys.
- Deliver personalized experiences with continuous experimentation, adjusting and testing new layout, content, and interactions to millions of users across web & app
- Launch new, experimental features that redefine our growth (e.g. betting pools)
We're looking for someone with:
- 8-10+ years PM experience in high-scale B2C: consumer tech, marketplaces, or gaming
- Drove measurable business outcomes at scale (conversion ↑, engagement ↑, bounce ↓, retention ↑).
- Successfully navigated exec alignment while keeping delivery velocity high (VP, CxO, etc.)
- Growth, data-driven & experimentation mindset: funnel-driven, metric-oriented, comfortable with analysis, A/B testing, and insights.
- Owned or launched a high-scale consumer-facing homepage/feed/storefront.
- Proven ability to align multiple verticals into a unified discovery experience.
- Clear communicator who can tell the story of why search matters to both users and business.
