The software inside a vehicle was traditionally expected to be a very controlled and self-contained environment. Equipping cars with perception and machine intelligence changes a lot in the overall picture of the vehicle manufacturer. LUXOFT's goal is to empower our customers, with deep domain knowledge and smart solutions, to develop cars of the future. Great mechanical engineering is not the only criteria anymore for delivering the best cars in the world. Using state of the art software technologies are key to provide the requested user experience. For supporting the development of a next generation of driver assistance features (ADAS) that will lead to Autonomous Cars, we are looking for experienced Integration and Release Engineer that have experience working with CI/CD, integration, release and testing. Join our team of enthusiastic and experienced software developers in Wroclaw and enable the software for an entire driver assistance area of future vehicles of a renowned German automotive manufacturer world wide to be integrated and verified successfully.

Your tasks

  • Taking part in the Integration and Release meetings with the customer
  • Handle the integration of the software developed during the Sprint
  • Communicating with the developers in order to successfully verify the software that is being integrated
  • Create and manage continuous integration jobs
  • Foster transparency by keeping the Scrum team updated on the integration and verification status
  • Release the maps after ensuring no regression would be caused
  • Interact with teams of engineers from multiple disciplines

Who we're looking for?

  • Academic degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering or similar qualification
  • Strong DevOps background, as well as a good understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience in ZuulCI, Jenkins Pipeline or similar CI/CD tools
  • Skilled in Python, ideally also other scripting / programming languages
  • Experience working with Git/Github
  • Able to communicate and present internally and externally in a confident manner
  • Strong customer focus, assertiveness and precise method of operation
  • Highly motivated team player
