Job Description

As an iOS Engineer in one of our product teams, you will be responsible for hands-on conception and development of new features for our dating app. You will implement a great UI with UX best practices and Apple’s human interface guidelines in mind. Writing high quality and well-scalable code with appropriate test coverage, continuous refactoring, and optimization of our iOS app are key tasks. You will monitor the latest technology standards, evaluate current trends, and contribute new ideas to enhance the product. Additionally, knowledge sharing with iOS colleagues and active participation in company-wide knowledge sharing meetings are expected.

Your Profile:

  • 4-5 years of professional work experience as a native iOS Developer
  • Very good knowledge in Swift and Objective-C
  • Experience in app modularization, databases, and CI/CD
  • Practical experience in agile software development (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Interest in open source and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Goal-oriented mindset, proactive, and target-focused
  • Autonomous, structured, and reliable work approach
  • Passion for teamwork in an agile cross-functional and international environment
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken

This is why our advertised positions are highly remote, but not 100% remote. You can live in Germany and work from home most of the time, but you will need to attend relevant company meetings and events as well as team meetings that your manager will arrange with you. The exact amount of time will be specified during the interview process.
