  • Generate automated test scripts to validate product functionality and performance across development stages.
  • Formulate detailed and well-organized test plans and cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing tasks effectively.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs meticulously.
  • Execute comprehensive regression testing post-bug resolution.
  • Establish and implement testing procedures to align with client requirements.
  • Monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.

  • Advanced English in speaking and writing (you will be working with international clients only)
  • Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and testing traceability.
  • Experienced in creating and maintaining automation frameworks and test scripts.
  • Proficient in Python and Pytest.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium.
  • Proficient with GIT, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience in software integration and system testing on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Skilled in database testing and SQL for data integrity verification.
  • Knowledgeable in REST APIs, web services, performance, and integration testing.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools namely Confluence and Jira

Our recruitment process

Depending on the project, we aim for three steps maximum. First is a screening call with our recruiter (20-30 minutes) during which we will tell you more about the project, ask about your preferences, and do a quick technical check. The second stage is a technical interview with our developer - depending on the tech stack in the project, it can be 30 minutes or 1 hour long. The third step is a culture check with the client or the team in the project.
