Your role is to:
- Develop QA processes and procedures, prepare documents and introduce and update these processes to the team;
- Create detailed, extensive and well-structured test suites and test cases for both web and mobile products;
- Manage the testing activities, including planning, prioritizing, running tests, and monitoring the system;
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design user stories to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
- Identify, report and track bugs;
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify system requirements, provide quality feedback, and work together to improve product quality;
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
- Design, develop, execute, and monitor automation scripts using automation tools;
- Report to the Product Manager.

Your skills and experiences:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on testing e-commerce platforms or web applications;
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques;
- Experience working in tools like Postman, Fiddler, and Browser Dev Tools to track HTTP traffic, identify issues, and perform API tests;
- Experience in writing clear, accurate and comprehensive test suits and test cases;
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting;
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Startup mentality.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Ghost Inspector, Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
