About role

The Data Scientist's goal is to provide business value by delivering machine learning models and other advanced analytics solutions.

Data Scientist takes an active role in every step of the process, from defining the business problems to researching and advising on the best way to solve them, building the data solution, implementing it (with the support of the ML Ops Engineer), and monitoring business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing a new attribution model (potentially using Markov Chains or Machine Learning)
  • Work closely with marketing teams to understand spend allocation challenges
  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize the impact of marketing channels
  • Provide recommendations for budget optimization based on data insights
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data
  • Collaborating with data engineers to integrate the new model into existing systems.
  • Sharing knowledge on data literacy
  • Keeping current with the latest trends and best practices in analytics engineering

  • Salary: 150 - 180 PLN net + VAT/h B2B (depending on knowledge and experience)

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Understanding of business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong background in mathematics/statistics
  • Experience with attribution modeling
  • Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
  • Experience with Markov Chains or advanced probabilistic modeling is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, as well as previous experience in marketing analytics, is nice to have
