- Work with global teams in India, UK, US, APAC areas.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, business analyst, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements.
- Perform development activities such as system design, software development, capacity planning etc.

- Significant experience of working with Salesforce as a developer.
- Experience with Integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Able to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Apex and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows.
- Experience with Lightning web components, Lightning platform.
- Experience with one or more of CPQ, Sales, Service Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools. (ie Copado).
- Experience with providing technical solutions and supporting documentation.
- Testing and debugging apex code, ensuring quality and performance of the Salesforce application.
- Professional qualification or equivalent.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).
- Solid English reading/writing capability required.
- Strong communication & articulation skills.
- Technical enthusiast that is curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.
- Experience with Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.
- Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations.
