• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Salesforce team within OBI Smart Technologies Poland.
  • Act as the main interface between business and technology for Salesforce-related initiatives.
  • Develop a shared vision of how Salesforce supports OBI’s customer and employee experiences.
  • Translate business requirements into technical concepts and guide implementation together with the Salesforce platform owner.
  • Ensure alignment and synergy across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress transparently.
  • Collaborate closely with OBI’s business and IT departments to ensure alignment with overall technology and data strategies.
  • Drive best practices, architectural consistency, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce landscape.

  • Successfully completed university studies in computer science comparable courses of study.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. Solution Architect, Lead Developer, Product Owner, or Business Analyst).
  • Proven track record of leading or building teams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
  • High level of self-organization, accountability, and ownership.
  • Fluent in English and Polish (German language skills are an advantage).
  • Openness to work in hybrid model and visit Katowice office on regular basis.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to OBI headquarters and key business locations in Germany.
