Project description

You'll be working in the IB Client Lifecycle Management Program team in Krakow. We're responsible for delivering solutions to close out action plans relating to high risk Operational Risk Inventory (ORI) items. Forming part of the front-to-back IB Client Lifecycle Management Programme, we support the Operations Teams who service Client and Account data and work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment with stakeholders across Front Office Sales, COO, Legal, Credit Risk, Operations and Data Management globally.

Your tasks

  • Elicitation of business needs
  • Business process modelling
  • Writing requirement specifications and technical design documents
  • Managing product requirements
  • Facilitating smooth communications between business users and project stakeholders
  • Development of the UI design sketches
  • Leading backlog prioritization and grooming sessions, scope management
  • Investigation of specific business cases which caused production incidents

Who we're looking for?


4 years+ working as a Business Analyst preferably within the financial services sector

  • Seasoned BA with experience in Requirements Analysis, Validation and Organization
  • Requirements Elicitation: Capability Gap Assessment, running workshops
  • Design: Data Modelling experience, Functional Design
  • Experience writing requirements specifications
  • Experience with using JIRA for lifecycle management of requirements
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Good general knowledge of testing methodologies and practices
  • Good understanding of technology
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in financial domain
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL syntax
