Hello there, we are AR-Team a group of developers inside Transition Technologies PSC AR department and we would like to invite you to join us as a Technical Artist to create variety of AR/VR/XR based projects to ensure best possible “wow” effect of our applications rendering side. We create both internal and custom ordered technologies for fields like manufacturing, marketing, architecture and medicine around the world.

Your tasks

  • Cooperating with Architect/Tech leads to design best possible and visually stunning effects
  • Creating “wow”, good looking and/or mind-blowing VFX depending on the requirements
  • Writing rendering-related features within specific projects with specific requirements
  • Keeping both CPU and GPU temperature as low as possible, this is not a joke, we are serious
  • Cooperation with 2D artists, 3D artists and other programmers to deliver best quality solutions
  • Sometimes writing non-rendering related features to stay flexible as a programmer

Who we're looking for?

Technical requirements:

  • Good fundamentals about OpenGL/DirectX/CG graphics programming
  • At least good knowledge and experience in Unity shader programming
  • Good knowledge of Unity programmable rendering pipeline characteristics
  • At least good C# programming skills (other words: 2+ years writing whatever in Unity C#)
  • At least one URP project in your portfolio
  • Good shader structure and unity rendering pipeline optimization skills
  • Ready-for-presentation portfolio of your work or projects you were involved in

Soft skills requirements

  • At least communicative English for both documentation work and chatting
  • Well organized or at least trying to be well organized
  • Ability to balance between quality and time needed to complete the task
  • Good cooperation in a multiplayer interdisciplinary team with respect to others work
  • Open-minded and a bit talkative would be

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Unity VFX graph would be a nice plus
  • Knowledge and some experience with GPGPU Unity (or general) programming skills
  • Knowledge about Unity animation technology aka Mecanim, (Animation Graphs design, layers management, masking, sequencing etc.)
  • Ability to create flexible, configurable, procedural animations (tweens)
  • BC/MS/PhD in IT, GameDev, Computer Graphics or other similar faculties.
