Our client is one of leaders in Financial Market and looking for strengthening its front-tier risk calculation and management. It involves a lot of different sub-systems to get integrated and make them working as the one meeting high quality standards including performance and robustness. Core system to interact with is FinCad F3. Technology stack we are targeting at is Kafka, Java, Python, Kubernetes, AWS.
Python is the core language of FinCad F3 framework for integration, math and financial modeling, reporting. The python engineers will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to integrate F3 into the bank's landscape (directly or via Kafka-based framework that's being engineered now) and build analytical financial models calculating various inputs to bank's business.

- Test many full-stack software features used by some of the world's largest organizations to make multi-million dollar decisions
- Ensure that calculations are correct in all possible circumstances
- Plan, execute, and report on large testing and release efforts with continuous delivery
- Develop, maintain, and enhance testing processes
- Ensure an intuitive user experience which can drive value for users
- Continually learn and work with new technologies, tools, and testing processes
- Suggest improvements to team processes
- Collaborate with talented cross-functional teammates who are passionate about what they do
- Work with Product Managers and Customer Experience Designers to develop a deep understanding of users and use cases and apply that knowledge to testing new features
MUST
- 6+ years of experience in IT
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Quality Engineer, Software Engineer in Test, Test Automation engineer, Developer or related occupation, leveraging software QA tools and processes.
- Domain knowledge in counterparty risks (Financial Services)
- Experience with a variety of different testing techniques, Test driven development strategies etc.
- Experience in agile framework
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and execute test plans for manual testing
- Strong technologist eager to learn new testing tools and technologies
- Demonstrated analytical / quantitative problem solving
- Motivation, creativity, self-direction, and desire to thrive on small project teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage time across multiple efforts
- Superior academic record with a degree in a technical field
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Eager to experiment with new team processes and innovate on testing approach
Bachelor's or Master's in CS, or a related STEM field
Experience in working with Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS)
