- Work with SME’s on utilizing deep business knowledge in assessing the process candidates.
- Apply your analytical skills and your ingenuity in intelligent Automation solution designs.
- Act as a sparring partner for senior management in Group Compliance

✔️ Your experience and background:
- Have good requirement management skills including defining acceptance criteria (preferably using Gherkin syntax), Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, others.
- Have business and technical background and great analytical skills
- Being familiar with most popular requirement management standards (IIBA, IREB, etc,)
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence,
- Practical knowledge of Process Modelling and UML
- Practical knowledge of BPMN
- Communication skills, professional level of English
- Experience from analysing Compliance related business processes is an advantage
