We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex initiatives across our gambling platform, focusing on core systems such as KYC, payments, geolocation, and compliance-critical user journeys.
This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant execution across the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Product.
What You'll Do:
- Lead delivery of platform-focused initiatives (e.g., payments, KYC, geolocation, regulatory integrations) across the SSDLC
- Coordinate across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Product to ensure seamless execution of user-critical platform capabilities
- Manage cross-functional and integration-heavy projects, including third-party vendors and internal platform teams
- Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with security, regulatory, and operational requirements
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, particularly in compliance-sensitive and high-dependency environments
- Ensure transparency through clear reporting, documentation, and delivery metrics

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience delivering technical/platform or infrastructure-heavy projects
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., fintech, payments, gaming, compliance-driven platforms) is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and platform architecture concepts
- Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and external vendors
- Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery models and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
