Application with Infrastructure Architect

• Lead the cloud migration of on-prem applications with a focus on modernization.
• Conduct On-prem/Public cloud Infra assessments using Azure Migrate.
• Drive cloud Solutioning Azure activities for large complex migrations.
• Architect and develop tools and solutions for integrating, automating, and orchestrating cloud operational needs.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architect, Data Platform, DevOps, and Integration Teams to ensure adherence to standard best practices.
• Perform application performance assessments pre and post migration.
• Assess the application portfolio and inter-dependencies, ensuring alignment with Azure strategy.
• Design and build Azure Landing Zone activities, understanding customer infra landscape.
• Provide Azure target architecture, BoM pricing, and licensing details.
• Create Azure Target Solutions architect diagrams (HLD & LLD) for all Azure services.
• Lead the migration of on-premise workloads to Azure using Azure Migrate.

• Employment Contract 20 000 - 25 000 pln gross /month  or B2B contract 1500 - 1700 pln net /day

Primary skills: 

• Expertise in On-prem/Public cloud Infra assessments using Azure Migrate
• Driving the cloud Solutioning Azure activities for large complex migration
• Architect and develop tools and solutions to integrate, automate, and orchestrate cloud operational needs
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architect, Data Platform, DevOps, and Integration Teams to ensure cloud adoption follows standard best practices
• Application performance assessment pre and post migration
• Assess the application portfolio and application inter-dependencies
• Ensure that the proposed solution covers Azure strategy, stakeholder management as well as the actual solution covering Business, Application and Infrastructure as well as commercial aspects (in terms of value for money and not commercial costing etc.)
• Understanding customer Infra landscape. Design and build Azure Landing Zone activities
• Provide the Azure target architecture and its BoM pricing and licensing related details 
• Azure Target Solutions architect Diagram (all Azure services) including HLD & LLD 
• Migrating on premise workloads to Azure using Azure Migrate

Secondary Skills: 

• Work with Internal stakeholders, Customer stakeholders and Project Managers to understand the migration requirements and provide solutions accordingly
• Working experience with various industry domains like banking, healthcare, Insurance
• Troubleshooting experience with Azure & Windows environments (Processor, networking, clusters, IO, memory etc. related issues)

Certifications (Good to have) 

• AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
• AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
