Your responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining clinical data standards and related tools
- Participating in the design and implementation of data-driven solutions
- Supporting strategic decisions and contributing to quantitative decision-making processes
- Acting as an expert in collaboration with external partners and providers
- Ensuring adherence to best practices and driving the adoption of standards
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
- Analyzing, summarizing, and presenting results to different stakeholders

Our requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical data standards development, especially within the pharmaceutical industry
- Expertise in CDISC and other clinical data standards
- Familiarity with standards development platforms and tools used in the industry
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python
- Project management experience in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a global team environment
- BSc degree or higher in a relevant subject such as statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, life science, or engineering
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with load testing tools like LoadUI or JMeter (nice to have)
