- Build & maintain Python microservices that power company's LLM-driven tools and upcoming AI-based internal platforms
- Monitor & optimize performance using Datadog, Langsmith, and other observability tools, tracking KPIs like latency, error rates, and user satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Legal, and Customer Service to ensure our AI solutions are scalable, compliant, and customer-centric
- Code reviews, CI/CD, Docker, testing, microservices architecture—all in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment
- Rate: 165 - 195 zł/h net + VAT (B2B)

- 5-9 years of commercial experience in Python Development building RESTful APIs (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- AWS/cloud know-how (Lambda, ECS, or similar) and microservices expertise

- A passion for AI and interest in LLMs, NLP, or prompt engineering
- CI/CD, Docker, Git familiarity for smooth deployments
- Detail-oriented, solution-driven engineer who can architect, develop, and maintain efficient backend systems in a fast-paced environment
