We are looking for candidates who can make outstanding long-term contributions to our organization, and to evolve to roles of increasing importance.

The key responsibilities will be to provide support to the Labware team, providing an efficient and effective service to the business.

Your tasks

  • Support the Labware team in providing efficient and effective service to the business, in a validated environment
  • Take ownership and resolve user issues
  • Incident and problem management
  • Provide the linkage of technology and business process
  • Restore service, including the creation of facile and creative workarounds
  • Responsible for application monitoring
  • Responsible for communicating issues to different business partners
  • Participate in projects related to the development and modernization of infrastructure supporting business applications
  • Participate in improving applications by adding functionalities and coordinating their implementation

Who we're looking for?

  • We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • An IT/Tech support and/or service management background, minimum 2 years in support or product teams
  • Knowledge and experience of ITIL Support Processes like Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • Experience in databases querying, preferred Oracle
  • Experience in creating product technical documentation
  • Understanding of code and code management
  • Ability to learn new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly
  • Good communications skills
  • Equivalent of English B2
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of GxP, ability to work in a highly regulated environment
  • Excel skills - such as VBA
  • Knowledge of Labware or other Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) solutions would be beneficial
  • IT infrastructure knowledge
  • Administrative knowledge of Windows Server OS
  • Knowledge of Citrix solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure)
  • Experience in Kanban processes and using support tools i.e. JIRA, DevOps Agile
  • Resilience management experience
