Project description

Your role:

  • Interact directly with service providers to oversee delivery of services,
  • Lead team responsible for resolving issues, plan changes, monitor capacity and new demands in area of responsibility,
  • Work closely with other APTIV tower leads to make sure that overall portfolio of IT services is delivered within agreed SLAs/OLAs and other related KPIs,
  • Establish, implement and maintain standards, processes, policies and procedures for successful delivery of services,
  • Define service portfolio within messaging and collaboration services - plan and control change to service catalog making sure its defined in appropriate way to be easily accessed and used by end users,
  • Accountable for software license management and annual purchase order creation within service area,
  • Drive initiatives in collaboration areas and guide team for continuous improvement efforts, understand industrial standards, challenges they are facing, ways how others are overcoming issues, adjust support plans to APTIV changes.

Who we're looking for?

  • Bachelor in computer science/engineering or information systems
  • 10+ years of experience in area of Microsoft infrastructure and relevant experience in their O365 platform focused on messaging and SharePoint services
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certification as minimum
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert preferred
  • Working understanding of Service Based IT Model and ITIL (ITIL v3 certification is preferred)
  • Extensive service support experience in outsourced environments
  • Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate (IT management, client management, and non-technical staff)
